I have been shouting at the top of my lungs for at least four years that the city needs to spend less. We have lost population and we cannot have the same amount of tax revenue to opperate on, as we did before. The city does not get it.
We need to make cuts, as I have said, in every area, including the Mayor and City Council's salary.
I drive down the street and often see brand new city vehicles. I see new trash trucks and dog trucks, and water trucks, and others.
This government has spent like drunken sailors on shore leave and now Seybold lays the blame on the Federal and State government.
I have preached government conservatism for thirty years, and have written, and blogged, and put up signs, and talked all over the city that we need to pull in the reigns. Look at this blog, and you will see much.
I had a former blog filled with suggestion and help, but it so infuriated members of my family, that I pulled it down. That was a mistake, yet I know had I written a million blogs, this city government will not listen.
Wayne Seybold began his spendthrift ways the minute he took office and blew forty grand on a new office interior for himself, and he has since only increased his shortsighted self loving ways.
Yet God desires repentance from us all. We need a total repentance in this city to save it-Paupers, King, and Beast. (see Jonah)
I voted for Wayne, on his first term. I helped put him into office.
God help us seek your face. As the pattern of old I confess the sin of this city and call them mine by association. I ask your forgiveness and pray a spirit of repentance spread. Lord I shall not blame shift. As an intercessor, I stand in need of forgiveness. I pray this city wake up to YOU LORD!

Your company tore up my drive and yard and sidewalk when you put new gas lines in. You came back to patch my drive. It should have been replaced.
You did not fix my sidewalk. Instead you left a whole section of it out. about 4'x3'. During your construction you broke my curb. Now water pours in through the funnel you left, where the curb was. That water stands in my yard after a good downpour.
You couldn't have done a worse job of taking care of and replacing what you tore up.
At least before you came back I had hope you'd do the right thing.
Now we know it is just more corporate oppression of the citizen.
At the price of our Gas Bills, we should get work that is not sub-standard. Yours is.
Vectren Utilities have failed to do work in workman like manner. But that is pretty much what we get in Marion, from utilities and the City.

Resolve Now Mr. Police Officer
Local Police, you must soon make a choice. It will be between what you know is right, and what the city requires.
This city is taken by the globalist agenda of the New World Order.
This city has found ways to tax the citizen with new fees, which they have imposed to make up the difference between what the tax rate affords, and what they want to spend.
New government regulations crop up everywhere now. New fees and regulations, at the license bureau, from the police department, on loans, and in business, and in every area.

Thank God for the Little things
I had an inspection done on a trailer, I had purchased. The Local police came out. An officer named Everling. 24 years on the force.
I can't tell you how happy I was to have this man's help. This man is a real servant of the people. Good attitude.

The way Government is done now is this:

Then Government goes about doing what it wants, in the anyway it pleases.

Riley throws saint out of Hospital
My good Friend Zeke is being forcibly released from Riley Children's Hospital. They are pretty much done with him. Glad they weren't named St. Riley.

Update on Zeke at Riley 3
Zeke's first surgeon Dr. Boaz, has come back to work with Zeke. The Dr. that has been working on Zeke for the last few years, is a very negative person. I pray he never have to see her again.
Dr. Boaz, does not speak of Zeke as if he is already dead. He treats him as a person.

Update on Riley and Zeke
Riley hospital is planning a "run" to raise funds for their hospital. Many people will participate thinking they are helping a good cause.
My friend Zeke is being forced out of their bed, with severe medical problems.
I don't get it?
Maybe they just want to treat the ones they can cure. We've always known God was Zeke's hope. But hospital care can bring relief from pain.

Just When you Thought it was Safe to go Back Into the Water
I was watching Indy News and a weather advisory came on for Marion County and points south from here. To my chagrin the Marion Indiana weather sirens went off.
My wife has been pretty supportive of this idiotic local government but even she said: "What are they blowing those for?"
You see we were not under a severe weather advisory. There was none in effect for Grant Co. We were sixty miles from the bad weather according to the Radar. But we got a siren.. didn't we?

Fascism Continues
Went to the City Engineer and told him the Gas Company and Miller Pipe Line had cut a ditch across my one piece concrete approach
to run their new lines. I had a one piece approach. Now I have a three peice approach and one part is ashpalt. The Man (CE) was most congenial and said he'd check it out.
A worker came out today and made a cut in the concrete. They are not going to replace my slab, they are going to patch it again. So they are going to remove an asphalt patch and give me a concrete patch.
This would not happen at City Hall, nor would it happen at IWU.
I live in central Marion. We get little. We pay much. My taxes for this year are paid-at least what I estimated them to be. Of course IWU the institution does not pay tax. City Hall doesn't pay tax.
But if IWU or City Hall, got a cut in their road it would be repaved. Vectren should put back approaches they cut through, in a fashion that is better then they were. Instead we get some sub-standard shod repair patch.
Speaking of repaving... Meridian St., is falling apart on the Hill between 23rd.-21st.
Glad to see the intersection at Adam's and 38th looks so good. The third of the street budget they spent on that last year made sure there would be no funds for my street to get paved. Glad indeed.

Street Light Study
A study of the timing of city street lights is in order. The one by the High School on 26th and Nebraska, is long for the 26th street traffic.
At the time of day, when people are taking their kids to School there are three times the cars on 26th as on Nebraska.
There are other lights in the City that need recalibrated as well. The city has less people and demographics have changed. Our stop lights need to catch up with the reality we live in.

Riley Hospital Pushing to Let Saint Die
At Riley Hospital a decision is being made, to no longer treat my 6 year old friend and brother in the Lord, Zeke Columbus. They think he needs to die. His mother is considering consenting to this.
May God deal ever so harshly with all of you if you bring him to his death.
May you never again know God's peace and love.
Riley Hospital has become evil. The head Doctor on Zeke's case, is a woman who would be listed here if I knew how to spell her name.
She is the one who is pushing letting him die.
I think Riley Hospital needs to be true to their hearts and get out of the Medical business and open up a slaughter house. They could do abortions, and murder all children who have an abnormality and save millions of insurance dollars on keeping children alive.

Why with a little bit of butchering they could sell the meat from the children to the hungry.

More From the Local Yuppies
Called the Marion Street Department to tell them I needed some recycle bins. Mine were broken in two pieces, after 9 and 6 years respectively. I was told in a very terse terms by the man who answered the phone that the city has not done the recycling in three years.
I guess that was worth getting scolded about. NOT!
What a city! The man's voice I talked with seemed to be about Yuppie age. Who else would be able to get a job in this Seybold Sewer?

The Blood of the Innocent
About six years ago I was betrayed by two men who were supposedly Christians. They hated the truth I shared about the kingdom of God. They would not listen to truth, and therefore deliberately worked collusion against me. They were church folks and I do not mention most church folks by name-that is uncover their sin-unless I consider their actions to be fully proven before men.
I was spiritually assassinated by these men. Yet the hurt extended far beyond my own pain. Many in that ministry were led astray by their evil. Still, in that, the circle of confession need go no farther then the circle of offense.
So much for the back ground, now on to the application.
When I look at IWU, I think of it as reprobate to truth. I will not bother to go into naming names of those who have brought about the
slander I see there against the Holy Spirit, but I will say there is a pervasive arrogant attitude in those who are a part of that school, (who I know personally) who once loved Jah, yet now live a life grievous to the Spirit of Jah. John and Charles Wesley would die again if the could, for the slander that School brings to holiness.
No, its not their little sins of crooked business, and lies that bother me so much, but rather, it is the arrogant hubris and pride, they exude! They are daughters of the horse leech all.
To even mention this in some circles has proven to bring forth great demonic attacks from IWU folks, and their city front men. These attacks are wielded in the spirit of arrogance, condescension, and hatred.
This city has given them much while, forsaking its own poor. One might look in the scripture to see what Jesus thought of that.
I speak here of this, for I know that this city has become evil under the influence of the religious over lording of IWU. The Tricia Reitler disappearance is grievous to all, of good heart in this community. I don't say they did something evil to her. I do say some know "stuff", that would unveil the mystery.
This city will never be righteous until those in authority, which have information, come clean on this matter. Similarly, this is just as true; nothing will be right in this nation until abortion is overturned.
Somebody knows something they are not telling. I don't know how any human could carry such a thing, even if it is to protect a public figure, and/or an institution from more embarrassment.
The blood of the innocent is a witness against this city and this nation. My concern is not the sins of the flesh, that we all have committed. My concern is murder.
"Thou shall not Murder".
Repent for the kingdom is at hand!
As for the other sins, the pastors can work on that. My Belief is that confession of a sin need to go no farther then the realm of offense.
What I am saying here is this: If there is anyone in authority that has hidden information on Tricia, this city will never prosper so long as that cover-up is in effect. This sin affected the whole city and must be dealt with in that framework. Due to the un-forthrightness of the police and IWU, the hurt of the offense goes far beyond, Tricia, her family, and IWU. This hurt has cursed the city.
Also I believe the present inadequate local government is our judgment for this sin.

No, its not their little sins of crooked business, and lies that bother me so much, but rather, it is the arrogant hubris and pride, they exude! They are daughters of the horse leech all.
To even mention this in some circles has proven to bring forth great demonic attacks from IWU folks, and their city front men. These attacks are wielded in the spirit of arrogance, condescension, and hatred.
This city has given them much while, forsaking its own poor. One might look in the scripture to see what Jesus thought of that.
I speak here of this, for I know that this city has become evil under the influence of the religious over lording of IWU. The Tricia Reitler disappearance is grievous to all, of good heart in this community. I don't say they did something evil to her. I do say some know "stuff", that would unveil the mystery.
This city will never be righteous until those in authority, which have information, come clean on this matter. Similarly, this is just as true; nothing will be right in this nation until abortion is overturned.
Somebody knows something they are not telling. I don't know how any human could carry such a thing, even if it is to protect a public figure, and/or an institution from more embarrassment.
The blood of the innocent is a witness against this city and this nation. My concern is not the sins of the flesh, that we all have committed. My concern is murder.

As for the other sins, the pastors can work on that. My Belief is that confession of a sin need to go no farther then the realm of offense.
What I am saying here is this: If there is anyone in authority that has hidden information on Tricia, this city will never prosper so long as that cover-up is in effect. This sin affected the whole city and must be dealt with in that framework. Due to the un-forthrightness of the police and IWU, the hurt of the offense goes far beyond, Tricia, her family, and IWU. This hurt has cursed the city.
Also I believe the present inadequate local government is our judgment for this sin.

I hear lies coming from the Mayor’s mouth about many issues in Marion. Everything he says on the news is a “Sells Job”. I hear the people talk about IWU and see them in wonder for their progress. I see the Mayor is thinking what Marion is in need of is more Young professionals. IWU will be glad to accommodate. Look for more pork-Yuppie positions to be added to the tax payers burden.
This call for more yuppies, is at the very least age discrimination. Truth is, this is evil. They call their works "good". It is all fantasy. It is collusion. They are evil. The city is broken and won't easily be fixed.
There is no goodness in any of the collusion of the city and IWU. IWU is self-serving. The education that they offer is provided not just by student’s ginormous tuition but by the sweat of the brow of the oppressed taxpayer in Marion. The city has given them streets, not to mention, infrastructure, and unlawful police and street control over the south end. IWU does not have to pay property tax, state tax, or federal income tax. You do. You support them big time fellow citizen.
The mayor gives them everything they want. He is evil. They are evil.
As IWU has bloated across the south side, the people of the city have been leaving in groves. There are few jobs. There are less living-wage jobs. Marion is slowly dying. We need manufacturing, but it has all gone off shore, to China, Mexico, Canada, and a few other places. We all live in this reality.
Before NAFTA, CAFTA, the WTO, and GATT this nation was the strongest nation on earth. Now we are slipping into an economic depression and becoming a broken nation controlled by the Globalist. Nationalism has been damned in Washington. Selah.
The bailouts are all evil. Each tax payer now needs to add 20 grand to their share of the national debt owed to the Global bankers.
It has never been clearer that what Jesus said is true. There is none good but God.

If bad policy were the only problem, it could be reversed. But it is not. This nation is damned unless it stops aborting its babies.
As sad as I now am, my greatest sadness will be if at death I have to say these words:
"America, I weep that your were destroyed in my lifetime, for you would not repent."

I see these things because the Lord has "come" in my life. He reveals hidden things to me. My prayer for the church in Marion is that it would repent unto the kingdom. For only then will it see the truth.

Ever try to e mail the mayor? It has not been possible for me since I stood against the Seybold plan to bankrupt the city. Oh he's been working sure bankruptcy for the city for about five years now.

Worst Run City
I took the survey the city put out. Pretty much as I thought, the questions limit responses. They only deal with the issues they want to push through. If you ask the question, you get what you want to know, not what I want you to know. This is Fascist manipulation.
They actually wanted to know if I thought the city needed more yuppies...? ("young professionals" were thier exact words)
Nothing about what we want. Just what do we think about what they want.
We don't count-matter/and are not important, to Seybold. He is "Lord Wayne" a god in Marion. This Local government is a legend in their own mind.
Marion is the worst run city I know of.
More yuppies, I can't imagine. We already live in IWU/Seybold/ yuppie hell. The Spirit of Jah is grieved over this city. IWU is stench in the nostrils of the holy.
What could make it worse? One more yuppie, and one more IWU building..oh yeah that is coming soon.

The liars in the Marion Government continue their deception as they plan their downtown restoration.
The problems is that everything they say is based on lies.
They say Marion City employees make less then other similar cities. But few other cities offer so little, and demand so much. With trash tax, and the Loit in the wing, this city is not just a bad deal, it is evil. And I would like to see the official study of cities and salaries. (Who made it? Seycad construction?)
I could expand on this but Seybold would just run another liars club article in the CT. The CT, is an inept news paper but in its defense one of the best at spreading lies and propaganda.
My hope for Grant Co. would be that it would quit lying and tell the truth about unemployment rates, population, spending, salaries, and more.
But if your are a liar, that is the best thing you do...
Sad to say we have a whole country that is a ship sinking into depression, and in Marion we are arguing about how to place the deck chairs.
Some questions and comments on my mind:
The downtown meetings are filled with Shills, sane voices need a forum.
What happened to the lost votes?
Who protects the surveys to make sure they don't get selectively used for toilet paper at the jail?
This city is Fascist!
Believe Forbes, they had no vested interest in how the city fared in their survey. They just told the truth.
The sad thing is had this city headed the warnings in this blog and my former Marion blog, they would have saved not spent, developed wind power instead of blowing hot air, and they would have developed jobs, not spent the city into borrowers prison.
(Sorry I know I said I had little else to say, but they just keep banging thier evil drum don't they? In fact had My E-mails to the Mayor gone through he could have saved millions of taxpayer monies, but alas I must be blocked!)
