When the country is in crises, the flag is flown upside down. It is an official sign of distress.

(a) The flag should never be displayed with the union down, except as a signal of dire distress in instances of extreme danger to life or property.

To Wit:

The New World Order Government is marching forward, breaking the American economy, and destroying sovereignty.

-That this country is in the greatest distress it has ever been in.

-That our Federal government has been kidnapped by globalist bankers.

-That the local government is falling head over heals into the control of the federally mandated take over of states rights.

Resolve: It is now a citizen's duty to fly the flag upside down.

Marion's Collusion against the Constitution:

-Marion has enacted a new trash tax, and is looking for other ways to raise more monies to keep their spending level up. This of course will break the financial back of the poor.
-Marion has a record of prisoner abuse. The Thompson Case is documented here on this blog.
-Marion has a record of police "speed traps", officers treating citizens rudely, and other tactics to cause the citizen to fear the police.
-Marion has a record under Seybold of spending more money, while the tax base has shrunk.


These all are attacks on the inalienable rights of citizens.
